Time Management 4

Time Management, Fourth generation. As Stephen Covey (First Things First) mentioned that fourth generation of time management not just dealing with time schedule, plan, and how to do activities efficiently. The more important thing is considering goal (of our life, company, or project). It is about dealing with “important” and “urgent” consideration, that need to be define by someone or unit who try to manage their time resources.

Time management actually is basic management issue that everyone should have capability to do. The most important resources which everyone has are time. “Time is money” because with effort of someone usually be quantified by: person-month, person-day, person-hour. In some country there is proverb, “Time is a sword”. Meaning that time is our life, we should consider and manage it sharply.[MC editor]
